First thing go down on your knees and pray to God almighty and giving
him thanks for making you see another day. after that do others;
1. Then take a glass of water before taking any thing that morning.
2. Always spend quality time with your love ones, also by appreciating them in any little effort they made.
3. Read a motivational book.
4. After that do some exercise too
5. Always write out your plans for the day.
6. Lastly Move out to execute those written plans.
